The trial of a Fort Dodge businessman accused of making an improper donation to the re-election campaign of former Gov. Chet Culver's been pushed back to January. Steve Daniel's charged with making a campaign contribution in someone else's name and willful failure to disclose a campaign contribution. Although a $25,000 donation's been the basis for the case, Daniel's attorney says his client donated $11,000 in three separate contributions.
