West Des Moines fire fighters are still looking for what started a house fire in the 400 block of Grand Avenue this morning. KCCI reports the owner of the home got out, but had to be treated for smoke inhalation. Grand Avenue was shut down for a while during the morning commute while the fire was brought under control. Initial reports say the blaze started in the basement of the home.
