There's a big makeover of DART's bus routes and services. Commissioners are working on the final plans which they will vote on September 27th. The Des Moines Register reports the changes, which include more frequent service, will add as much as 65 cents to the property tax rate of most DART-affiliated cities over the course of a five-year period beginning July 1, 2012.
