A Red Oak man has been arrested after his two year old son was seriously hurt in a go cart crash. Reports indicate that 35 year old Michael Soar was arrested this (Tuesday) morning for child endangerment, and injury by vehicle. Police said the go cart that he and his son were riding in on September 5 hit a parked car. The child was hurt ald flown to a hospital in Omaha. Soar is in jail on a ten thousand dollar bond.
