Ethanol Production Heading Lower

U.S. ethanol production's dropped to its' lowest levels in more than four months. Some processors have slowed operations for seasonal maintenance; but some analysts say this could also be about near record corn prices. The Energy Department says the week of September 16th, production was about 36.3-million gallons/day. AG professional reports government forecasts show the industry set for the first annual drop in production in over a decade.
