Pharmacist Gets Three Plus Years

He defrauded Medicaid and his own insurance company out of 200 thousand dollars and so now, 58 year old pharmacist, David Easton of Everly will do more than three years. Easton pleaded to one count of money laundering, one of aggravated identity theft, and two of healthcare fraud. He admitted that he cheated both Coventry health Care and Medicaid from 2003 to 2006. Easton will not only do the time, but have to pay back 165 thousand dollars to Medicaid and 35 thousand to Coventry.
