A state audit's turned up $12-grand missing from the Bremer County Sheriff's Office. KCCI reports the audit was requested by state investigators representing the sheriff's office, after allegations of misappropriation of funds were made against then jail administrator Jeremy Eberhart. He was fired in April. The attorney general's office says this is an ongoing investigation.
