A Bellevue woman who was found in a ravine behind her home in northeast Iowa and was injured, has died of those injuries. Investigators said 51-year-old Mary Ellen O'Neal-Feltes died on Saturday. She was reported missing on October 4 and was found unresponsive in the ravine a short time later.
Investigators say no foul play is suspected.
