It'll be the end of January before Loren Bishop goes on trial for last January's death of 73-year old Mary Miller. Police say Bishop, who's from Des Moines, is charged with vehicular homicide. Police say Miller was driving his SUV under the influence of a controlled substance, when he lost control and drove into Miller's home, dragging her out of the house. Bishop's plead not guilty.
