A $60,000 payment to settle a harassment lawsuit filed by a city employee will be voted on Monday by the Des Moines City Council. It would settle matter with Stephanie Trujillo. In her suit, Trujillo claimed a department head made inappropriate comments about her breasts, and that another supervisor joked about symptoms that were caused by a brain lesion, caused by Lyme disease .
