Wind chill advisory remains in effect until noon cst Wednesday. Wind chill values, air temperatures are expected to drop to around 5 below zero by early Wednesday morning and wind chill values of 15 to 30 below are forecast. This will result in frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken. If you must venture outdoors, make sure you wear a hat and gloves.
