Not only is New Hampshire the first to go to the polls in the primary, but Dixville Notch is the first in New Hampshire to go to the polls. The village voted at midnight and this time, its a tie. Boston dot com reports that nine ballots were cast and here's how it went: 2 for Romney, 2 for Huntsman, one for Gingrich, one for Paul, and 3 Democrats chose President Obama. The village clerk said the nine who voted are the entire population of Dixville Notch.
