Mason City Police have now been looking for a then newborn for about three weeks, and say they have no new leads. The Mason City Globe Gazette reports that the 19 year old from Charles City, who is believed to be the baby's mother, is not cooperating with police, but has also not been arrested. Police believe the baby was born prematurely, and weighed about three pounds at birth.
