Two rest stops on I-80 will be demolished. That will make room for a new interchange. Crews will build an interchange for exit 119 in Dallas County, just west of Des Moines. Its not known if the rest stops, that see about half a million people a year as they travel, will be rebuilt after the new interchange is complete..
