A West Des Moines school bus driver's been canned, after they left their bus at the end of their shift, but left a kindergartner behind on the bus. The child, from Clive Elementary, feel asleep on the bus. The school district got moving when the parent called wondering where their child was. Searchers found the youngster on the bus. A district spokesperson tells KKCI drivers failing to check their buses at the end of a shift is unacceptable.
