The Iowa Lottery's set a 3p.m. Friday deadline for the winner of a Hot Lotto jackpot to claim their prize. If they don't show, the prize will go away. According to KCCI, the $7.5 million ticket was turned in December 29th, just a few minutes before the one-year deadline. A New York attorney signed the ticket for a trust, and has so far refused to identify the owner of the trust or how he ended up with the ticket.
