A 23-year-old Waterloo woman is facing a charge of child endangerment. Trina Davis told police last week that her toddler daughter was scalded in the bathtub. Court documents say that Davis left a nine year old in charge when she went to the store. A four year old turned on the hot water in the tub and the 22 month old climbed inside. The girl had to have skin grafs because of the burns on her legs. Davis was released from just not long after her arrest.
