A 33-year old man's been charged by Ottumwa Police in a sex abuse case involving a 12-year-old girl. KCCI reports Darwin Fletcher's being held in the Wapello County Jail, on two counts of 3rd degree sexual abuse. Police were notified last week that the child had been sexually abused, and an initial investigation determined the abuse had taken place on two different occasion at a home detectives haven not identified.
