A traffic stop's landed two men in the Polk County Jail after a deputies made a traffic stop in the 3900 block of Northeast 14th Street last night. They noticed a strong chemical odor, and did a search that turned up several items used to make methamphetamine. KCCI reports 51-year-old Thomas Dell, of Des Moines, and 43-year-old Todd Sheriff, of Delaware Township are being held on $400,000 bond each.
