The Newton Daily News reported that the driver accused of killing brothers David and Dakota Stattleman last march has been sentenced. 19 year old Joseph Stoner will do ten years and pay the teens' parents 150 dollars in restitution for each death. The investigation showed that Stoner was intoxicated by a controlled substance at the time of the crash.
