A couple panhandling inside a WalMart in Altoona yesterday, led to a car chase that ended off I-80 in Johnston where Michael Thone, of Minneapolis was forced off the road. He's in the Polk County Jail on multiple charges including driving without a license and eluding. A passenger in the car, Anne Fairbanks of North Dakota, is also in the county jail, charged was on an outstanding warrant for a parole violation in North Dakota.
