Is it possible that the Iowa Caucus has no winner? KCCI is reporting so today. When the caucus was over last week, Mitt Romney had won by eight votes. Now, officials say Rick Santorum has won by 34 votes. But GOP officials say they will not declare a winner since votes from eight precincts are now missing. Unofficially, Santorum would end up with 29,839 votes to Romney's 29,805. Officially, GOP officials will make the announcement later today.
