Iowa bill would allow residents to opt out of federal healthcare law

A bill approved Wednesday by the Iowa House of Representatives will allow Iowans to opt out of the federal health insurance mandate. It's is not clear whether the states have the legal authority to exempt their residents from the requirements of the federal law, and that has prompted several groups to caution against Iowa's bill. The US Supreme Court is expected to have the final say.
