A man in Cedar Rapids became upset last week and took a crowbar to his own vehicle. It had been on the blocks for 90 days, which violated a city ordinance. 39-year old Scott Gillis said he wasn't going to have his car taken away, and smashed its windows. He was arrested of interference with official acts and disorderly conduct.
