Des Moines police said three teens were arrested as they attempted to burglarize a house on Thursday morning. Police said a teen suspected of being involved in home burglaries was spotted near Chautaqqua Parkway. Detectives watched the teen and two others who joined him force open a door of the house and go inside. The officers followed them in and made the arrest.
