Iowa's largest apartment complex's going smoke free. West Des Moines Sun Prairie Apartments is banning smoking in and around buildings. WHO TV reports there'll be designated areas where residents can light up. The new policy's being phased in for current tenants, and all new tenants have to agree to be smoke free. An incentive's being offered to those who want to quit. The decision was made after a fire started by a cigarette butt on a balcony did $1-million in damage.
