Another of 11 Sentenced Suspended

Another of the eleven fake ID cases, in which illegal workers at the Wildcat Dairy used other people's identification materials to get their jobs, has been sentenced. Last week, District Court Judge Douglas Vannoy sentenced 32 year old Raymon Gutierrez of Fort Morgan to on year, suspended, so long as he cooperates with ICE and the Morgan County Sheriff's Department. Gutierrez, and ten others were arrested in a federal ID sting in June, and now he wants to go home to Honduras. But prosecutors also asked for, and got 90 days to determine restitution for the victim who's ID Gutierrez used to get work. A total of 20 were indicted.
