Four year old Calls 911, Saves Mom's Life

WOW! The patience of a 911 operator, same as that of a saint. Dispatcher Maggie Brodeur answered the call from a four year old on Thursday who said his mom needed help. KCCI reports that the call came in just after 1 p.m., and Brodeur spent 14 minutes with the very calm child on the phone trying to determine exactly where he was. Those in dispatch used E911 technology to determine that the child and his mother were in Urbandale, so first responders were sent to where the child called from. His mom is okay now and is credited for teacher her son how to call 911. He's credited with saving her life.
