Mason City Police need your help finding a baby. KCCI's reports Iowa Workforce Development cleaning staff found the placenta and umbilical cord for a newborn in a bathroom Saturday. The mother's been identified as 19-year old Chanel Hanley of Charles City, who's refusing to cooperate with police. The child's between 29-and-32-weeks old and weighs an estimated 3 pounds.
