Soldiers May Only Get Half for School

With nearly three thousand soldiers returning to Iowa from the Middle East, the money the government gives to GIs for college, some 3.1 million dollars will have to go even farther. So National Guard members who were expecting nearly all of their education to be paid by the bill, it will now only cover half the cost.
