Friends and family have a vigil planned at the high school in Madrid tomorrow for Jaclyn Powell. Her husband 28-year old Josh Powell's been charged with killing her in their Ogden home. He's in the Boone County Jail on $2-million bond. KCCI reports Powell's admitted to hitting his wife during a fight Saturday night, and that;s what killed her.
