$43,000 in fines and civil damages, that's what's facing two Missouri men after Iowa DNR officers caught them setting up commercial fishing nets on the Missouri river the day before the commercial fishing season started. 43-year old Robert Housman and 39-year old Michael Dye face 74-charges for the alleged illegal harvesting of shovelnose sturgeon.
