Des Moines school officials say the suspended football coach at Lincoln High School violated district policies for bullying, harassment and corporal punishment in an incident involving a former player. The Des Moines Register reports district investigators found Tom Mihalovich also violated several rules of conduct. 2-of the schools assistant football coaches have also been suspended.
