American Concrete Plant workers got a surprise when they walked into the now unused plant at 1626 Dixon Street in Des Moines yesterday. All of the copper in the electrical boxes was gone. KCCI reports the theft happened sometime between September 10th and yesterday. The price tag on the damage's as high as $150,000.
