A federal judge's ruled Russell Wasendorf, Sr. will stay in jail. U.S. District Judge Linda Reade ruled Wasendorf didn't convince her that he didn't have the means and reasons to run if he were released while awaiting sentencing. The former Peregrine Financial CEO's pleaded guilty to misspending investor's money over 2-decades and lying to cover it up.
