Investigators say Brandon Anderson, one of the two drivers killed in a wrong way head on crash last week on I-80/35 had a blood alcohol content of .304 . KCCI reports investigators believe the 25-year Des Moines man may have been going over 100 mph when he slammed into 53-year old Kevin O'Sullivan's car. The crash is still under investigation.
