Gov. Branstad's ordered all flags under the state's control to be at half staff from 8a.m. to 5p.m. tomorrow in honor of the late State Senator Pat Ward who died of cancer Monday. A memorial service for Ward's tomorrow at Plymouth Congregational Church in Des Moines. The flag flying over the state Capitol tomorrow will be presented to Ward's family.
