The Hy-Vee going up at East Hickman Road and Northeast Alice’s Road will probably open for business by next June. Plans were approved by the Waukee City Council in February of last year, a since then a convenience store and a Caribou Coffee have opened. The new Hy-Vee's expected to include a pharmacy and a cafeteria.
