Bruce Mundy's family gave a parole board an earful today at a hearing for Orlando Rodriguez. He and his brother Santos were convicted of stealing $27 in gas from a convenience store in 2009, and hitting the Iowa National Guardsman who was on his motorcycle, while fleeing the scene. Mundy died from his injuries. The parole request was denied.
