Patrick Edouard, ex-pastor of Covenant Reform Church in Pella's been sentenced for sexual exploitation by a counselor, therapist, school employee or clergy; and having a pattern, practice or scheme to sexually exploit. The charges involved several women in his congregation. The judge also ordered that at the end of his 5-year prison term, Edouard serve 10-years parole or work release and register as a sex offender for life.
