A year ago today, Marion Harris was killed in a shooting on a restaurant patio on E 14th Street. His family and friends are hoping Des Moines Police will make an arrest. The Des Moines Register reports police will only say the case is still open and detectives are working with the Polk County Attorney's Office. Harris' murder is one of only two unsolved killings from last year.
