Clive Police aren't happy with the person who make a prank 911 call last night claiming his father had shot his mom and taken his sister hostage. When officers got to the address--it was a vacant home up for sale. Clive PD say its' part of an unpleasant national trend using internet phones to prank emergency calls to police, that can have resources tied up for a real emergency.
