Joseph Dier gets his day in court next June. The Grundy Center man's suing Cassandra Peters to recover money he spent over 2-years supporting her daughter, born in 2009. Dier claims Peters convinced him the child was his, except it turns out he's not the father. KCCI reports the State Supreme Court reversed a lower court ruling dismissing the case and sent it back for trial.
