A 24-year-old inmate has been listed as escaped from a work release facility in Des Moines.
The Iowa Corrections Department says Tibise Joseph didn't return to the facility as scheduled early Sunday morning. Joseph was assigned to the center in April.
In November 2009 Joseph was sentenced to a maximum of 20 years in prison. She'd been convicted of assault and theft in Polk County.
