MidAmerican Energy says it's upping the number of people they're sending to New York to help utilities there recover from Hurricane Sandy. 116-people headed east Saturday, and today 12-more joined them. Officials say they expect them to be on the east coast for about two weeks. 20,000 electrical workers are expected to be needed to get the power back on the East Coast.
