Iowa's Court of Appeals have denied Wendy Runge's appeal of her 10-year prison term for her role in the Iowa Film Office scandal. The 47-year old Runge, claimed the trial judge improperly considered her criticism of the court and prosecutors in a blog post during her trial. The judge found the posts showed Runge hadn't taken responsibility for her actions.
