Des Moines PD was called to the 3400 block of Scott Avenue around 12:30 this afternoon, after a bull was reported on the loose near Southeast 30th and Scott, near the Iowa State Fair. The animal disappearing into a cornfield. Five people on horseback and three dogs were called in, and the bull was found a little before three.
