Des Moines police cruisers now have more video cameras to help with chases, arrests, and documentation. The department has added video cameras to 30 squad cars this month, which increased the number of cruisers with cameras to 43. They'd still like to buy 30 more cameras, so all of the squad cars are equipped the same way.
