The Iowa National Guard's mobilizing about 20 troops for duty in southeast Iowa to help combat the major blizzard that has begun to strike the state. The troops are going to Iowa City, Davenport and Mount Pleasant with Humvees that can move through heavy snow with the goal of assisting law enforcement officers and the Iowa Department of Transportation.
