Multiple ambulances were called to a crash near Woodward on Thursday. KCCI is reporting that Iowa State Patrol said five people were taken to Des Moines hospitals with what were believed to be non-life threatening injuries. Troopers said a teen driver was southbound on Highway 210 when their vehicle hit a black SUV with two adults and two children inside. The black SUV flipped onto its top. Rescue crews had to extricate the teen driver from their vehicle. The crash closed the highway for more than an hour. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
